Law firm MiroSenica and attorneys, d.o.o. had passed certification audit on September 17, 2008, conducted by the Slovenian Institute for Quality and Metrology and had received a certificate of quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, which was successfully upgraded to the new standard ISO 9001:2008 in 2009.Law firm MiroSenica and attorneys is the first law firm in Slovenia which received that certificate. This demonstrates our focus on the customer’s needs and satisfaction and increasing the quality of legal services in Slovenia.
Standard ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9001:2008
Standard ISO 9001:2000 has been issued by an international organization ISO (International Standardization Organization) in 2000.In November 2008 the ISO 9001 standard has already seen the fourth edition (the first was built in 1987), now called ISO 9001:2008. The new standard has fully replaced the standard ISO 9001:2000 on November 14, 2010, so the holders of a certificate ISO 9001:2000 standard were obliged to comply with new standards no later than that date.Law firm MiroSenica and attorneys, passed the assessment under the new standard ISO 9001:2008 in 2009.
