Dr. Miha Juhart is a specialist in the civil law and corporate law areas of expertise. Dr. Juhart is an associate professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. With his papers he took part on many domestic and foreign expert meetings. He is the author and co-author of several books and researches. He has published several articles on civil law, corporate law, contract law and EU law in domestic and foreign expert magazines. Since September 1st, 2009, he is the external advisor for civil law, corporate contracts, securities law, competition law and international corporate law matters at Attorneys at law Miro Senica in odvetniki.
