Permanent external contract advisor
His areas of expertise are Constitutional and Administrative Law. Dr. Cerar is a full professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. With his papers he took part on many domestic and foreign expert meetings, he is the author and co-author of several books and researches, he has published many articles on theory of law and constitutional law in domestic and foreign expert magazines. As of Oktober 1st 2007 he is the permanent external contract advisor for constitutional and administrative law matters at Law firm Miro Senica and attorneys.
