Partner and Head of the Labour law department at Law Firm Miro Senica and attorneys Ms Ljuba Zupančič Čokert led a workshop titled “Employment Contract with Manager or Company Secretary and with Executives”, where she discussed different practical aspects of regulating employment relationships with participants from a wide range of sectors and helped them solve their dilemmas and receive answers to their questions from their practical examples.

Partner and Head of the Labour law department at our law firm, attorney at law Ljuba Zupančič Čokert gave a lecture at the professional education event “Mala šola delovnega prava” (Little Labour Law School) which was held on 4 February 2020. The topic was regulation of employment relationships in practice.

“Mala šola delovnega prava” took place in Ljubljana in January and February 2020 and consisted of six professional training courses organised by Lexpera d.o.o. Lectures were delivered by renowned experts in the labour law field who discussed and highlighted a variety of current topics, dilemmas, aspects and issues raised not only in practice but also by experts in the field. The event allowed participants from a wide range of sectors to get acquainted with the practical aspects of regulating employment relationships and helped solve their dilemmas and receive answers to their questions from their practical examples.

In her lecture titled Employment Contract with Manager or Company Secretary and with Executives, Attorney at Law Ljuba Zupančič Čokert explained the difference between manager or company secretary (procurator) and executives, and outlined the specific features employers can take into account when concluding contracts. Her lecture was backed by extensive case law and she highlighted the legal issues that are often the subject of disputes. After the lecture, Ms Čokert answered the participants’ questions. The education event was attended by representatives of the public and private sectors.
