Maja Šubic, Senior Associate at our Law Firm, gave a lecture at the invitation of the publishing house GV Založba at the Grand Conference of Public Procurement on June 3, 2021 in Portorož.

In her lecture Maja Šubic compared expert and competitive dialogue, which in practice often cause problems for contracting authorities, mainly due to allegations of unequal treatment of tenderers. She comprehensively presented the characteristics of each of the dialogues and the applicable case law of the National Review Commission and the fundamental specifics of both dialogues, which contracting authorities must respect in practice so that their actions do not result in an inadmissible departure from the basic principles of public procurement.

The conference, which was held in compliance with all precautionary measures related to the Covid-19 epidemic, was very well attended, and the participants learned many new things that will benefit them in their work.
