Andersen has prepared a new edition of the European Corporate Insights magazine. The main topic of the publication presents Environmental, Social, and Governance criteria (»ESG criteria«) in Europe, which includes the ESG criteria overview for respective jurisdictions. The magazine also comprises two interesting opinions on venture debt for start-ups and a Spanish case study of the EU regulatory sandbox.
