2. Which personal data do we process and for what purpose? 

To provide you with notices and news, we process your name, surname and e-mail address.

To contact you regarding your job application, we process your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone, data on high school/gymnasium, number of points at the matura examination, grade from Slovenian language at the matura examination, faculty, average grade at the faculty, the date and grade of the diploma or master's thesis and the date of the state legal exam, as well as information provided in your annex to the job application.

Cookies used on our website do not collect your personal data, which could be used to identify you.

3. What is the legal basis for processing your personal data? 

We process your personal data based on your express consent (Article 6(1)a GDPR).

4. How long will we retain your data?

We will retain your personal data until you withdraw your consent, but not longer than for 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which you have given your consent.

5. Will we disclose your personal data to third parties or transfer it outside the EU? 

We will not disclose your data to third parties, and we will not transfer it outside the EU.

6. What are your rights regarding personal data processing? 

You can request access to your personal data, its completion or correction, as well as block or restrict its processing and request erasure of your personal data at any time. You can also object to the processing of your personal data and have the right to data portability. You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, whereby the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing based on this consent in the period before your withdrawal.

We will comply with your requests without undue delay and in any case no later than in one month after the receipt of your request unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise. Considering the complexity and volume of requests this time limit can be extended for not more than two months. We will notify you of any such extension together with the reasons for the delay in one month after the receipt of the request.
