On Monday, 13 November, AmCham Slovenia organised a session with a title "Leadership Voyage with Katarina Kresal". During the session, Katarina, Partner and Managing Director of our Law Firm, shared with the 14th generation of AmCham Young Professionals™ her extensive personal experience and advice in the field of project management, approach to problem solving and business decision making, while emphasizing the importance of good teamwork, mutual trust and organization of work processes.

Katarina also spoke about her political career and stressed out the importance of staying politically active citizens. In addition to useful business tips, Katarina also shared her personal life experiences with the next generation of leaders, revealing many amusing anecdotes along the way.

 The most important message Katarina passed on to future leaders is: "Your actions should not be guided solely by the goals you wish to achieve. Strive to be the best in what you do every day. This can bring you to goals you can't even imagine today"
